Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing an orthodontist in Portage so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our web site. We will accommodate and work with your daily schedules as best as possible. We ask that any cancellations be processed 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Insurance and Billing
We participate with Delta Dental, Met Life and Dentemax Insurances and accept most major insurances including Blue Cross Blue Shield. Contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Kwong Orthodontics does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer personalized payment plans based on orthodontic treatment needs. Please call our office for details.
